Overview

Triumph Software LLC was born with a vision to transform traditional systems through innovative technology. Founded during my senior year of high school, it marked the beginning of my journey as an entrepreneur. Triumph Software served as a launchpad for developing solutions that address real-world challenges, beginning with the education sector in my hometown.

The Genesis of Loggit

The first major project under Triumph Software was Loggit, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to modernize how schools manage and track professional development for teachers. Conceived as a senior project, Loggit evolved into a vital tool funded by the school district for its potential to significantly improve operational efficiency.

Personal Growth and Lessons

Running Triumph Software and developing Loggit taught me the intricacies of starting and managing a company. From coding the first line of the platform to handling customer inquiries, each step was a learning opportunity that honed my skills in software development, business management, and strategic thinking. These experiences laid the groundwork for my future ventures and deepened my appreciation for the power of ownership as a profound form of self-expression.

Reflecting on the Journey

As I closed the business bank account in 2024, I also closed a significant chapter of my entrepreneurial journey with Triumph Software, my first-ever business venture. The decision to not start a new software product under the same brand came after thoughtful consideration about the future direction of my entrepreneurial spirit.

Through Triumph Software, I learned the essentials of business management—from registering an LLC and filing a trademark to managing finances and understanding business taxes. Heck, I opened my first business bank account because of this venture. Each step taught me invaluable lessons about how the world works.

I am immensely grateful to the education staff at Bow High School for their initial belief in my idea and their encouragement to pursue it beyond my senior project. Their support was crucial as I took Loggit from a minimum viable product during my high school years to a full-scale software solution that served hundreds of educators across dozens of schools in New Hampshire.

My gratitude also extends to the business school professors at the University of New Hampshire who dedicated their time and expertise to help scale my vision. Their mentorship was instrumental in transforming a local project into a real-life enterprise solution.

By concluding this venture, I am refocusing my energies toward new challenges and opportunities that resonate more deeply with my current aspirations. I will always be grateful for the lessons learned through Triumph Software, and I am excited to apply this knowledge to future endeavors!
